Directions for setting up your Google account:
Google Doc Set Up:
- Go to google.com.
- Click “create a new account”
- Use the same username and password that you have for the school
- Click on the gear wheel on the right hand side towards the top.
- Then click Settings>>Accounts>>Add another email address you own
- Type in your Red Oak email address
- Confirm it via your red oak email address.
- Click Drive at the top of your Google email account.
- Click “Create” on the left side, then click folder.
- Title the folder “Language Arts pd#)
- Click on your Language Arts folder on the left side under the create button.
- Click “Create” on the left side, then click “document”
- Title it “Name’s Writer’s Notebook pd#”
- Share it with kmangold@roschools.com
- Double check to make sure that your Writer’s Notebook is in your LA folder.
